Mind & Body Workshop
Yoga • Meditation • Breath Work • Rapid Transformational Therapy
The morning begins with Chriselle and a breathing exercise to renew and relax the nervous system before all take a mindful break and join Tanya for a Rapid Transformational Therapy session. RTT works through the science of neuroplasticity and combines the most effective NLP principles with CBT, Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy to help people overcome their issues. The morning ends with an invigorating and powerful yoga class adaptable for all abilities including sun salutations, standing and seated postures with a short relaxation.

9:00-9:30 Breathwork and relaxation
9:30-10:00 Mindfulness break with smoothie and snack
10:00-11:00 RTT workshop
11:00-11:15 Mindfulness break
11:15-12:15 Yoga
Price is per person and includes:
- 1 x hour yoga session
- 1 x breath work & relaxation
- 1 x hour RTT group therapy session
