Back by popular demand is our Biggest Loser programme commencing on Saturday 15th January with the initial weigh-in.
The course will be delivered by Chriselle and our Club Fitness Team. Chriselle is a yoga instructor here at The Club, a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition advisor specialising in plant-based nutrition. Chriselle is guaranteed to help you lose the dreaded Christmas bloat, tone up, lose weight and feel great!
This fitness and nutrition programme has been specially designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals using Chriselle’s knowledge and experience in fitness and nutrition. The weekly communal meetings for those taking part will provide guidance on how to achieve your goals as well as answer any questions or provide advice you may need along your wellness journey.
The final session will take place on Saturday 5th February for the final weigh-in to see who is The Club’s Biggest Loser! And best of all, the winner receives their money back!
So, what’s included in the four-week course?
- Weekly meetings and nutritional talks are held every Saturday from 8-9 AM with Chriselle.
- 2 x InBody Assessments (the first-week weigh-in and final week weigh-in).
- Nutritious welcome smoothie at the weekly meeting on 15th January followed by a 45-minute mobility class with The Club’s Personal Trainer, Akash.
- A Yoga class with Chriselle specific for the participants of this programme.
- Fitness class pass for 10 fitness classes of your choosing!
- Access to the fitness suite for the duration of the programme!
- All course materials include a nutrition booklet.
- Completion certificate and medal for all those who attend!
