June is Men’s Mental Health Month—a time to raise awareness, break the stigma, and encourage open conversations about mental well-being. Mental health challenges affect many men, but too often they go unspoken. This month, we’re promoting positive mental health through movement, connection, and community support.

We’re offering three free fitness classes designed to support both physical and mental wellness for men of all fitness levels.

All classes are free and open to men looking to improve their mental and physical well-being in a supportive space.
