CLASSES FOR ALL FITNESS ABILITIES

The Club offers a comprehensive range of fitness classes for all fitness levels, which are taught by experienced and qualified Fitness Instructors, who provide a warm and friendly environment.

With more than 30 fitness classes per week for Members to choose from, we’re certain we have the right class for you! Classes are held in Studio One and Studio Two, the Waterfront Suite, our spacious indoor badminton court and various outdoor venues, including the beach.

The broad range of classes includes traditional group exercise, as well as indoor cycle, yoga, Pilates, kettlebells, HIIT, boot camps and a variety of dance and martial arts classes.
