Fitness Classes
CLASSES FOR ALL FITNESS ABILITIES
The Club offers a comprehensive range of fitness classes for all fitness levels, which are taught by experienced and qualified Fitness Instructors, who provide a warm and friendly environment.
With more than 30 fitness classes per week for Members to choose from, we’re certain we have the right class for you! Classes are held in Studio One and Studio Two, the Waterfront Suite, our spacious indoor badminton court and various outdoor venues, including the beach.

The broad range of classes includes traditional group exercise, as well as indoor cycle, yoga, Pilates, kettlebells, HIIT, boot camps and a variety of dance and martial arts classes. Power Yoga includes forms of Ashtanga styles, linking breath and movement in flow with Sun salutations, which creates heat in the body. Hatha-style holding poses build strength and flexibility giving us time to breathe and be present. Calming the mind, paying attention noticing what feels good. Finding new ways to explore how you can move breath and slow down our racing minds.

A Vinyasa Yoga practice connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in a Vinyasa Yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds.
