Mindfulness involves learning how to pay full attention to the present moment, in a way that helps us become aware of actions that increase and decrease our anxiety. As we practice, we gain more clarity and can make choices for more ease and peace, no matter what our circumstances.
Lynda teaches techniques and conducts exercises to help improve mindfulness practice. This kind of practice means giving yourself time and space to really know yourself, to be calm and reflect, so that your actions from moment to moment, can be more beneficial and helpful to yourself and those around you.
