Led by Deepak Elangovan, a distinguished Certified Sake Sommelier who earned his credentials through the Sake Sommelier Association (SSA) in London. His professional journey includes a notable tenure at the Michelin-starred Hakkasan restaurant, where he honed his expertise in fine beverages, followed by a strategic role as Beverage Director at Jumeirah, overseeing an extensive beverage program.
