Every Sunday: 30th Oct, 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th Nov
It’s back by popular demand! The course will be delivered by Chriselle and our Club Fitness Team. Chriselle is a yoga instructor here at The Club, a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition advisor specialising in plant-based nutrition. Chriselle is guaranteed to help you tone up, lose weight and feel great!
This fitness and nutrition programme has been specially designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals using Chriselle’s knowledge and experience in fitness and nutrition. The weekly communal meetings for those taking part will provide guidance on how to achieve your goals as well as answer any questions or provide advice you may need along your wellness journey.
AED 675 per person
The final session will take place on Sunday 27th November for the final weigh-in to see who is The Club’s Biggest Loser! And best of all, the winners, both male and female, will receive AED 500 each of The Club’s F&B vouchers.
