Meet Our New F&B Manager

Dear Members,

Firstly, many thanks for such a warm welcome to The Club! It is a privilege to be a part of this fine institution and while I’m looking forward to meeting you in person, I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself.

I’m joining The Club after 12 years with Marriott International, having had an opportunity to work with the company in the UK, US, China and most recently the United Arab Emirates for the last seven and a half years.

Funnily enough, before being shipped off to boarding school, I grew up in a Club very similar to ours here in Abu Dhabi, the Delhi Gymkhana Club Est. 1901, with my Grandparents being members from the early 1950s, it was a family ritual of ours to visit the main bar for a drink and then move on to the lawn for the biggest lunch buffet I can remember. Watching the kids at the pool and beach brings back many fond memories.

One of the many reasons for me to join The Club was the influence my club back home had on me in my formative years and I’m looking forward to getting started on this journey with you. In my spare time, I like to explore new bars and restaurants in the city and travelling is a big passion of mine. Also, please bear in mind, that I strive to ensure Liverpool Football Club supporters get the quickest service and coldest pints *wink*!
